Available in German only. Our general terms and conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, “AGB”) apply to all purchases. The contract language is German exclusively, so only the German version is legally binding.

In short
- Purchases are made via eBay or our online shop on obdepotshop.de. In the shop, payment is handled by Stripe (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Shop delivery: free within Germany, 2.38 € to other EU countries. We usually dispatch within 3 working days after payment.
- Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Statutory warranty applies: two years for new goods and one year for used goods (including refurbished devices) – see § 8 of the German terms for details.
- German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
